Try the Quick AAC Web App

This is not the full MyTalk app — it's a separate, simple AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tool that runs directly in your browser. It's designed to be a quick and easy way to start communicating right away, with no download or installation needed. Just open the link on any device — Android, iOS, or Windows.

The web app is fully customisable — you can edit the communication boards to suit your child's needs. Any changes you make are saved locally to that device, so your personalised setup will be there every time you come back. How to Install MyTalk APK on Android

  1. Download the file — Tap the download button above. The file myapp.apk will be saved to your device (usually in the Downloads folder).
  2. Allow installation from unknown sources — When you try to open the APK, Android will ask you to allow your browser or file manager to install apps. Go to Settings > Apps > Special access > Install unknown apps and enable it for your browser or file manager.
  3. Open the APK file — Tap the downloaded file (check your notifications bar or open your Downloads folder) and tap Install.
  4. Launch MyTalk — Once the installation is complete, tap Open to start using MyTalk, or find it in your app drawer.
